Aerial Yoga is a kind of body practice that combines yoga asanas, exercises and aerial acrobatics. With the specialized hammock we accomplish the strengthening of the whole body, flexibility and deepening in the poses, gaining also the goods of yoga.

Aerial Yoga is contraindicated only for persons suffering by hypertension, glaucoma and for pregnant women.
