Yoga Asana

The yoga asana class is a calm practice which doesn’t include salutations and mainly has to do with sited asanas.

It focuses on the function of its pose, with the student staying in every pose for several breaths in order to discover the right pose, with analytical directions and enough time for its achievement. It helps extending the muscles, focusing the mind, leads to meditation.
