At Root Yoga, our workshops are designed to support the evolution of each individual’s practice through thematic sessions focused on physical strength, alignment, and mindful movement.
With detailed guidance, technique breakdowns, and experiential learning, participants are invited to explore their bodies and awareness more deeply within the practice.
Each workshop concentrates on specific areas of the body or types of asana, such as backbends, hip openers, arm balances, and progressive strengthening of the core and limbs. Through preparatory exercises, the use of props, and personalized adjustments, we learn how to approach more advanced poses safely, activating the body without tension and cultivating inner stability.
The workshops are open to practitioners of all levels who wish to deepen their yoga journey with awareness, technique, and inspiration.
