The Hatha Yoga system creates the appropriate conditions for every body, so it can understand the asana, by strengthening personal concentration and calmness. We teach our body its capabilities, to breath normally through practicing pranayama and expel stress and tension.

Through practicing hatha yoga we gain personal discipline on the body and mind, which leads to the embodiment of all those positive elements, which we gather as we walk on the road of self knowledge.
